Thank you for visiting our frequently asked questions page. We hope that these answers will assist you in learning more about what we do at Cucina Di Paolo!!

 

1. How do you pronounce your name? Our name is Italian for "Kitchen of Paul" and it is pronounced like you are sneezing--Coo Cheena de Paolo.
 

2. What are your hours? We are open from 11a.m.-7 :00 p.m. Wednesday - Saturday. 

3. Do I have to bring in my own pan for you to fill with lasagna? No you do not. People bring in their pans all the time and we fill them while they wait. We charge you according to the size of the pan and how many peices you will get out of it. But all of are lasagnes are made in disposable aluminum pans and we will make those while you wait as well.

4. How many different knds of lasagne do you have? We have six kinds of lasagne that come in three different pan sizes. If you click on the menus link and go to the lasagnes page you will see all the choices available and the prices.

 

 

Baking Instructions

Lasagna:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Bake for 45-60 minutes until cheese is browning on top
    1. Make sure to remove lid before baking
    2. Optional:  Use a cookie sheet to minimize drips
  3. After removing from the oven let it sit on the counter for 10-20 minutes
  4. Optional:  Add Bechamel sauce and Parmesan to taste
    1. Bechamel sauce may be added hot or cold.  To heat, simply warm it in the microwave or on the stove. 

 

Chicken Pot Pie:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Turn down to 375 degrees
  3. Remove plastic and bake pie for 45-60 minutes until golden brown
    1. Optional:  Use a cookie heet to minimize drips
